SnapMint (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the mobile application SnapMint - Capture & Earn (“the App”), which enables users to capture photos and transform them into digital creations (NFTs). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Wallet Information

- Device model, OS version, app version, language, and crash logs.
- Performance metrics to improve stability and UX.

- When you sign in (email/social), we store minimal identifiers to operate your account.

3. Blockchain & NFT Data
When you mint a photo, certain metadata (e.g., token ID, contract address, content hash) may be recorded on a public blockchain. This data is generally immutable and may be publicly accessible. Please consider this before minting content that contains sensitive information.

- Service Providers: Cloud hosting, analytics, and security partners assisting our operations under confidentiality obligations.

- Deletion: You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us (on-chain records are not erasable).
- Opt-Out: Disable analytics or personalized features where available in settings.

The App is not directed to children under the age required by local law (e.g., 13 or 16). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided data to us, please contact us for removal.
